Cancellation policy
Any date cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. To cancel, you must call or text 845-237-4786.
Late arrival policy
Your appointment time has been set aside for you. Please be on time. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. I understand that things happen, and I will do all possible to accommodate you. I only ask that you try your best to be punctual.
