Cancellation policy
Any date cancellation requires at least 12 hours notice. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. To cancel, you must call , text 845-237-4786 , or you can cancel your appointment through the confirmation up to 12 hours before the appointment.
Late arrival policy
Your appointment time has been set aside for you. Please be on time. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. I understand that things happen, and I will do all possible to accommodate you. I only ask that you try your best to be punctual.
